This beautiful home is located in the desirable Aldea Kaan community in Puerto Morelos.  Aldea Kaan is a planned community with a beautiful resort style park and pools, walking trails, community gathering spaces and even an air conditioned gym for owners.  You’ll love the way they’ve focused on the environment here.   The neighborhood has one access point with round the clock security off the federal highway.  Driving time to the beach is about 10 minutes, and less than 10 minutes to the charming Puerto Morelos town square.  The airport is about 15 minutes north by highway.

Known as the hidden gem of the Mayan Riviera, Puerto Morelos delights with its wide, white beaches, vibrant town center, lively restaurant scene, charming shops and local artisan markets.  While it is just 20 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and approximately 25 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, the vibe in Puerto Morelos is a million miles away from these tourist towns.

Easy access to the Cancun Airport and the rest of the Riviera Maya and Yucatan Peninsula has made Puerto Morelos an ideal spot for travelers and folks looking to relocate full or part time.  The community is warm and welcoming, and there’s plenty to do if just relaxing on the beach with a good book and a cocktail is not enough for you!  Although Puerto Morelos is no longer completely under the radar, the charm remains.  If you visit, you’ll know!
