“...I would highly encourage anyone that is even thinking about buying property in Mexico to attend these sessions when they offer them. Their YouTube channel also has many informational videos that are beneficial to understanding how the process works. Shortly after, my husband and I made plans to make a trip to Mexico to look at properties. When we arrived, Kim was unable to show us properties due to circumstances that were out of her control, but luckily, her counterpart Keith Smith stepped in, and we made plans to look at a few properties during the course of a couple of days. We looked at lots and houses, but nothing that really compelled us to make an offer on. The day after leaving Puerto Morelos to return home, Keith made us aware of a couple of lots that had gone on the market that day in Puntarena. These lots were adjacent to one another and backed up to the botanical gardens in a beautiful gated community. We made an offer and negotiated with the owner. Needless to say, we came to an agreement and have now closed on those lots. We plan on building in the future. Keith really facilitated this process for us and was absolutely wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Run Away Realty to anyone that is thinking about buying in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.
