Once our listing agreement is signed, the fun begins! We will photograph and video your home & start promoting it to our buyers and other agents in the area. We will coordinate and attend showings and ensure that your home is getting in front of the right buyers!

We will represent you throughout negotiations, and once we have a buyer (!!), we will guide you step-by-step through the sale, ensuring that your interests are protected (and costs are controlled) along the way.
