It’s closing day!

We broke out the champagne!  We used plastic glasses for our champagne!  Why not?!

It’s a happy day for our listing clients, who bought this great home in the Regatta community four years ago, and who are now in the process of building their dream home right next door in the Punta Vista development!  They are loving their retirement in Puerto Morelos and we are thrilled that they will be staying in the area.
