We can’t say enough about the amazing clients we get to work with from all over the globe!

Recently we worked with Linda, an Australian attorney who had fallen in love with Mexico a few years ago, then MADLY in love with Puerto Morelos last year.

As we began looking for the perfect property for her we knew it was going to be a challenge, but also a lot of fun, as she has such a great spirit and just a joyful vibe (and she shares our fondness for good wine and Veuve Clicquot).

Luckily we found the perfect condominium, and even though it was listed a bit above her desired budget, we were able to negotiate a deal that made sense for Linda and the sellers.  One of Linda’s biggest concerns was protecting her investment while she can’t be here in town, and also continuing the vacation rental business that the sellers had in place.  We worked with Linda to find a great property manager to take care of her home and vacation rentals while she is around the globe in Australia, so she doesn’t have to worry and can just enjoy herself when she’s here!

You would think that buying property in a foreign country would be a difficult and somewhat intimidating process but it was the exact opposite with Kim and Gabriel – it was not only easy it was also fun! They are both wonderful and professional people who made the experience enjoyable and exciting. They are also so knowledgeable not only of local laws but also the area – they helped me feel like a local even before I got the keys! So grateful to them both for helping me get into Mexican life.
