Happy Closing Day!

We are thrilled to have closed on the sale of RAR21 – Villa Mango Sunrise yesterday!

This beautiful ocean front home was built by long-time Puerto Morelians Charles and Lucy Farrar, and has long been a favorite of beach walkers from around the world who would often stop to chat with Charles (usually stationed out by the pool) and photograph the home!  The Farrar family had many happy memories here, but it was just getting to be too much property to manage, so it was time to move on.
